Details
- Roadworks will soon be carried out along Woodbridge Road and Colombo Street.
- To complete sections of the works, we will need to remove on-street parking along Colombo Street. Both sides of the road will have the car park removed between Remuera Avenue and Centaurus Road.
- Monday, 22 April 2024 to Friday 26 April 2024 – Woodbridge Road closed for the initial investigation works.
- Sunday 28 April 2024 to Thursday 2 May 2024 - night works to do the Colombo Street section (this is the section where the parking will be removed in front of businesses).
- Thursday 2 May 2024 to Friday 24 May 2024 – Woodbridge Road closed for pipeline installation.
- Footpath access to properties will be open with the occasional closure only when needed. We will update you as the work progresses.
- Wastewater services to your properties will be continuously maintained.
- Please note, we're already working at the Cashmere Road / Colombo Street / Centaurus Road / Dyers Pass Road roundabout. Our work to make this roundabout way safer will be finished in July 2024. We're coordinating our work to minimise disruption and keep traffic flowing.
- We know this work can be disruptive, and we appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
