North New Brighton - wastewater renewals : Christchurch City Council

What	We are renewing the wastewater pipes in your street.
Why	The existing pipes have reached the end of their service life and require replacing.
Where	In Flemington Ave, Randwick St and Palmgrove Lane.
When	1 November 2021 to early-July 2022. (weather/site condition dependent).
Contact	The contractor is Dormer Construction Ltd, phone 021 323 424 Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Please advise us if you have any specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works etc.

Generally the temporary traffic layouts will use a combination of single lane closures with appropriate detours. Where road closures can't be avoided, this will result in restricted vehicle access to your property.
This will be temporary and our contractor will door knock beforehand so you can move your vehicles if necessary.
The works may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Wastewater services to your properties will be continuously maintained.

Noise

There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.

Bins

Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
