Notice of Upcoming Night Works and Traffic Management Measures
To minimise disruption to daytime traffic flow, these works will be undertaken during night hours. A dedicated traffic management layout will be implemented at each location. These are detailed below.
We kindly request that all residents and road users adhere to the instructions given by the onsite traffic management personnel to ensure your safety, their safety, and that of others.
Please be advised that temporary closures of parking lanes may occur during the investigation period. Traffic cones will be placed in designated areas the day prior to indicate these closures.
SEIPP Construction will make every effort to minimise noise and reduce any inconvenience caused during the works.
The works will have no impact on essential services, including water, electricity, telecommunications, and gas.

Should you have specific access requirements during the overnight period, such as scheduled deliveries, medical appointments, home help or any planned works, please contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Noise

Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
