We need to extend the completion date for our work involving drilling deep wells at the pump station, due to a change in our target aquifer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these works being extended. |

The work we are doing will help to ensure long term drinking water security for the community. The existing wells and pump station needed to be upgraded to support the city to meet future water demands. |

Details
Large machinery will continue to operate and/or mobilise to and within the pump station site during the construction works.
What does this mean for you?
- There may be brief disruptions to traffic initially while large equipment is loaded onto the site.
- You will be able to access your property at all times.
- No work will be done on Sundays or public holidays.
- Drinking water will not be affected at all.
Onsite hazards
- Construction equipment and workers onsite.
- Construction equipment moving into and out of the work site.
- Drilling operations will create some noise. We aim to minimise noise as much as possible.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
