Details
Transfer Station access
- The works will not impede on the transfer station, waste receiving operations.
- There will be no charges to the hours of operation of the Transfer Station during the construction period.
- During construction there will be increased traffic movements in/out of the Transfer Station and Onawe Flat Road.
Work details
New drainage and bunding modifications will be undertaken on the southwestern quadrant of the site.
Hours of work
Some out of hours work may be required to work around weather constraints. We need stable favourable weather conditions to undertake this work safely and efficiently.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
