Details
Armitage Williams Construction, as the main contractor, will oversee all construction activity at Linwood Park. This project entails the construction of new change room facilities and associated civil and landscaping works on behalf of Christchurch City Council.
Key details
Location: The construction site entrance will be located at the east end of the Te Pou Toetoe Linwood Pool carpark.
Duration: The construction work is scheduled to begin late May 2025 and is expected to be completed by December 2025.
Impact: While we understand that construction can be disruptive, we assure you that every effort will be made to minimise inconvenience. However, there may be occasional disruptions, such as noise from machinery and increased truck traffic.
Safety measures: Safety precautions will be strictly followed to ensure the well-being of everyone in the vicinity. Please exercise caution when passing by the construction site and follow any detour signs if necessary.
