Details
The previous amenities block at Spencer Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park was destroyed by a fire in 2022. The new amenities will be constructed in their place.
We are constructing three, purpose-built buildings, connected with covered walkways. The buildings are:
- Kitchen and Dining
- Ablutions
- Social – TV/Games
We anticipate vehicle movements around the site, and whilst the contractor will take all care, we do request your patience and awareness when moving around the area.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
