We’re making pedestrian safety upgrades around schools in Linwood to make it way safer for our young people to get to and from school. These upgrades will involve the installation of pedestrian refuge islands with speed humps and enhancing existing pedestrian crossings. |

Over a period of five weeks, we will be making pedestrian safety upgrades to make it safer and easier for tamariki (children) and rangatahi (young people) to get to and from school in the Linwood area.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
