Details
- Sections of the existing footpath will closed to the public during the construction activities.
- Site fencing will be installed to create a safe working space for the contractor and to act as a separation barrier to the public.
- Spotters will be on site to safely assist pedestrians around the construction zone during this time.
- There will be heavy machinery operating on this site with construction plant and vehicle movements taking place during the day.
- There will be a moderate increase of noise and activity in these areas of the reserve during the construction process.
- The works will be staged in sections to minimise public disruptions.
- Construction vehicles will access the site from off Memorial Ave and Lavandula Crescent.
- The Avice Hill Reserve carpark may be closed at times during stages of the works.
- Entry to the building facilities on site will remain accessible throughout the duration of the works.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
