Wise Old Owl Treasure Bag

Make a bag to hold your special bracelets, rings and other special treasures. The design is shaped like an owl and is hand- and machine-stitched.

You will learn a wonderful stitch that was used over a thousand years ago to tell stories of important events, such as battles or the adventures of heroes. The owl design will be in the colours of your choice. You will use a sewing machine to complete the construction of your treasure bag. To complete the project, you will learn to put in a double drawstring to close your bag.

No previous experience is required, and all materials are included in the class cost. All children in the class must be at least 8 years old.

Bookings are essential as classes are usually limited to 10 participants. Caregivers are welcome to stay at no cost.

Please bring your lunch and a drink.
