Envirokids is a year-round programme run by Christchurch Envirohub Trust. We provide different environment themed activities for children.
Join Christchurch Envirokids and EcoCentral for a hands-on upcycling workshop where tamariki create picture frames using high-quality plastic bags diverted from landfill.
This fun and educational activity is designed to highlight the importance of reuse and resource recovery.
In addition to the craft activity, there will be pop-up learning stations where you can explore common recycling contamination issues found at the EcoCentral EcoSort facility and learn more about the tricky materials accepted at our EcoDrop Resource Recovery Centres.
