Under the Orange traffic light level there are different rules depending on whether the events follow the My Vaccine Pass requirements.
If an event follows My Vaccine Pass requirements there is no limit to how many people can be at the venue.
If event is not following My Vaccine Pass requirements there can be up to 50 people in a venue at any time. This limit applies to both indoor and outdoor venues.

No summer is complete without a Shapeshifter set, and this will be their only South Island headline show over summer. Celebrating their new album Rituals, the band will again show why they are the premier electronic act in NZ.
If the event is unable to take place on the advertised date of Saturday 15 January 2022 due to government regulations regarding COVID-19, the event will be postponed to Saturday 12 March 2022 and your tickets will remain valid for this backup date (no refunds if the backup date is activated).
R18 event. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
In accordance with the NZ Government's introduction of a Vaccine Certificate, any event attendee or ticket holder agrees to comply with all Governmental requirements around mass gatherings and the use of these certificates (or other evidence of vaccination or exemption as required or permitted by the Government) that are in place at the time of the event.
All COVID-19 mass gathering requirements for this event will be clearly communicated to all ticket purchasers closer to the event date and are subject to change.
For tickets purchased after 15 October 2021, no refunds will be given for attendees or ticket holders that are unwilling or unable to comply with these NZ Government requirements, unless required by applicable law.
The promoter (Loop) and the venue are awaiting the New Zealand Government to officially and legally confirm the mandate for all attendees to require Vaccine Certificates to attend mass gatherings. Once and if this health mandate is confirmed by the Government the promoter will be advising all ticket purchasers via email of our next steps.
While we welcome the certainty this Government decision would bring, we deeply respect the right of individual choice and will do the right thing by everyone in regards to refunds and running a safe event in these unprecedented times. Ticket purchasers will be emailed (to the email address that purchased the tickets) as soon as possible.
