HIIT For Hope: A record-breaking community

Join us at Foster Park for HIIT For Hope, a Guinness World Record attempt and community event supporting I Am Hope.

Get ready for an extraordinary day of fun, fitness, and philanthropy!

Join us as we aim to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, with the goal of 7000 participants. This event is not just about breaking records; it’s about bringing our community together for an incredible cause.

The event aims to bring awareness to the benefits of exercise on our mental health, while raising funds for I Am Hope.

This is a unique opportunity for Aotearoa to come together to tackle a nationwide problem as a collective, and to experience a true sense of community as we work together to break a Guinness World Record!
