Dekaworwor West African Drum Ensemble And Mundi Dancers

Dekaworwor are a well-loved African drumming group based in Christchurch. They perform rhythms and songs from West Africa which they learn from local and internationally renowned masters of this indigenous art.
Community is at the heart of everything Dekaworwor does. The group consists of members from across the globe and draws from their combined experience, expertise and energy to get your feet moving.
In this performance, they will be collaborating with the Mundi dancers and together they will weave a spellbinding performance that will bring vibrancy and joy to a Sunday afternoon.
For all ages, adult supervision is required.
