Christ Church Cathedral: Our place our people

Visit Tūranga and see a display of heritage items from the Christ Church Cathedral alongside the stories of the people associated with them.

Christ Church Cathedral is currently undergoing a major reinstatement project following the Canterbury earthquakes.

During the Heritage Festival Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement Limited is displaying some items from the Cathedral that are currently not able to be seen by the public. The items are placed in relevant and meaningful places around Tūranga and encourage people to explore the library, or other sites in Christchurch, for more information.
