Celebrate Mahuru Māori with Loopy Tunes

A 30-minute fun, engaging, and very interactive, bilingual musical performance for tamariki that celebrates our beautiful te reo Māori.

We will have the whole whānau up and enjoying a kanikani with us and will sing such favourites as, Kina Kina and the reo Māori version of the popular Rock-a-bye Your Bear, finishing with some beautiful bubbles.

We encourage tamariki to bring along their favourite soft toy animal to kanikani and enjoy our waiata with.

Venue: North Quad (Great Hall if wet).

This event is part of The Arts Centre's School Holiday Fun (23 September to 8 October), a lively programme bursting with loads of creative events and activities to spark imagination and entertain pre-schoolers through to teens.
