Akaroa Cruise Ship Season 2022/23

Christchurch City Council is calling for Applications for Approved Transport, Shuttle and Tour Operators for the promotion and sale of passenger services and related activities to cruise ship passengers on days when cruise ships visit Akaroa.

Twelve (12) rostered positions plus two (2) niche specialist vehicle sites are available throughout the season.  The location of the sites, a copy of the conditions and an application form may be obtained from:

The cost of the licence for the Cruise Ship season shall be $225 including  GST.  Successful operators will be required to pay this fee prior to selling their services. 

The Council reserves the right to use any method to choose the successful operators and to withdraw permission/approval at any time.
