The Council has received applications for the temporary closures of the following roads, for the following events, on the dates and times shown below.

Between Reginald Street and Stour Drive
Proposed Periods of Closures
From 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday, 26 April 2021
University of Canterbury Graduation Parades
Roads proposed to be closed
Worcester Boulevard
Between Rolleston Avenue and Cambridge Terrace
Proposed periods of closures
From 9.20am to 9.50am and from 1.20pm to 1.50pm
Wednesday 14 and Friday 16 April 2021
These closures are proposed to be made under paragraph 11(e) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974. The proposed closures will apply to all vehicular traffic with the exception of emergency service vehicles, and vehicles directly involved with the events.
No resident access will be available during the period of these proposed closures.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed closure may do so in writing to the Council Secretary, Christchurch City Council, PO Box 73016, Christchurch, no later than 9.00am Wednesday 17 March 2021.
