Proposed revocation of a reserve at 166 Chattertons Road, Templeton

The Council proposes to revoke the reservation over the Local Purpose (Public Utility) Reserve at 166 Chatterton’s Road, Templeton, described as Reserve 2528 and having an area of 4.0469 hectares or thereabouts, pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act.

Having already been declared surplus to Council requirements through the Long Term Plan consultation process, Council is now required to revoke the reserve status prior to the land being returned to the Crown Estate.

Any persons who wish to object to the proposed revocation by Council must do so in writing by 5pm on Friday 31 March 2023 to the address shown below. Submitters should state if they wish to appear before a hearings panel.
