Notice of extraordinary meeting
An extraordinary meeting of the Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board Submissions Committee will be held at 5.15pm on Monday 20 February 2023 in the Boardroom, Fendalton Library and Service Centre, corner of Clyde and Jeffreys Roads.
The meeting has not been notified in accordance with section 46(3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 due to time constraints. The business of the meeting will be to consider preparing submissions on current consultation processes.
