Proposed part revocation and part re-classification of reserve status at 129-149 Main South Road

The Council proposes to reclassify part, and revoke the balance, of the Local Purpose (County Buildings) Reserve at 129-149 Main South Road described as Reserve 5161 and having an area of 2.714 hectares or thereabouts.

Should the reclassification and revocation proposal be approved, the part of the reserve subject to reclassification (1.70 hectares or thereabouts) will be retained by Council as Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve for operational purposes.
