Details:
- We're constructing a 120m shared path on the southwest side of Annex Road which will connect to Little River Link and the newly completed section of Nor’West Arc cycleways. We will also create new parking spaces on the same side of the road by widening the carriageway
- The majority of the works will be carried out under a shoulder closure with no parking for the duration of the works on the southwest side of the road
- There will be two instances requiring the road to be narrowed to one lane with a priority give way system. These areas are outside 200 Annex Road and outside 205 Annex Road. We estimate that these priority give ways will be in place for 5 days each
- Property access will be impacted for short periods of time while works progress past them. We will contact property owners before any restrictions are put in place
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
