In some publications, the previously advertised Council Meetings on 4 and 11 May scheduled for 10am to be held in Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, will now start at 9.30am.

In some publications, the previously advertised Council Annual Plan Hearing for 17 May at 12.30pm held at Civic Offices has now moved to 18th May at 1.00pm.

The Akaroa Design and Appearance Advisory Committee previously advertised for 3 May at 2.30pm at Akaroa Sports Complex has been cancelled.
