Since 2022 we've committed to running an annual survey called Working@Council to find out what staff think about working at the Council.
This survey provides valuable feedback on what we are doing well and how we can keep improving our workplace.
We use a tool called AskYourTeam, which allows us to benchmark against other councils and track our own progress, year-on-year.
The 2024 survey was conducted in February 2024 and the results were published on 9 April 2024:
