Situated at 170 Clyde Road Fendalton, this centre has a large hall with stage, a carpeted auditorium and a smaller seminar room ideal for a range of sporting, dance and educational workshops.

Hours of hire

  • Monday to Sunday, 7am to 11pm.
  • The hall is not available from 9am to 3pm during primary school terms, when it is used by Fendalton Primary School.

Cooking is only permitted in the kitchen. Food may be consumed in the Seminar Room and the Recreation Hall but not in the carpeted Auditorium.

Conditions of hire

Health and safety

  • As part of the rental agreement, you accept legal responsibility to meet evacuation plans, health and safety responsibilities and to act as the facility warden.
  • All hirers are required to complete a pre-use form. These must then be signed, dated and left in the dropbox in the foyer of the centre.

Alcohol

  • The consumption and supply of alcohol is not permitted at this facility.
