We are renewing the existing pedestrian bridges along the Hospital Woodlands walkway, widening these bridges to tie into the recently renewed footpath for improved pedestrian and shared access along this section of path in the Botanic Gardens. |

Early May 2021 to late June 2021. Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm (weather/site condition dependent). |

Details
- Sections of this existing footpath will closed to the public during construction.
- Temporary footpath access will be in place which the public will be directed to use throughout the construction period.
- Temporary site fencing, signs, and spotters will be on site to assist pedestrians and cyclists around the construction zone.
- There will be heavy machinery operating with construction plant and vehicle movements taking place during the day.
- There may be increased noise and dust during these works.
- The public toilets will remain open throughout the duration of this project.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
