When |
Work will start on Wednesday 28 April 2021 and is expected to be completed by late May 2021 (weather and on-site condition dependent). Work will be undertaken between Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. |

The contractor is City Care. Phone Project Manager Gareth Maguire on 027 581 9326 between Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Advise us if you have specific property access requirements e.g.: medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works. |
Impact to traffic
- Traffic management and a reduced speed limit will be in place. To keep both workers and road users safe, please follow all instructions from City Care staff
- Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times
- Off-road parking adjacent to the works will be temporarily restricted at times
Impact to residents
- Access to properties will be maintained using steel plates over excavations
- Residents' water will be shut down for the work transferring property connections to the new sub-main. City Care will inform residents of the date and time when these are known
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
