What have we done so far?
We have completed the construction of the new car park next to the dog park. Construction fencing has been removed and the car park now open for public use.
What do we have planned?
New fencing is currently being installed and will take approximately 1 week to complete.
An additional carpark at the BMX Track is currently being constructed, we expect this to take 2 weeks to complete.
Asphalting the areas at turnoff points and past Velocity Karts will take place on Wednesday 27th May.
Chipsealing along the remaining length of the roadway will take place on the Monday 8th June.
Traffic impacts?
Access will be maintained during asphalting of turnoff points on Wednesday 27th May. Georges Lane will to be closed during chipsealing on the 8th June.
Trucks will be entering and leaving our worksite. Please be on the lookout for vehicles in the area.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
