The contractor is Seipp Construction Limited. Phone Barry Hofmeyr 03 423 1718 Monday to Friday between 08.00am and 5.00pm. Please advise them if you have any specific property access requirements e.g medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works. |
- No traffic impacts are expected as the main works will be contained inside the pump station area.
- There will be some construction noise typical of well-drilling work, but this will be kept to a minimum and between working hours as much as possible.
- A temporary pipeline will be installed between the site and the nearby drainage system, but this won’t affect access to any properties.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
