Key information:

Full road closure - A full night-time road closure is required during the final pavement surfacing, to allow complete access to the road. Closure points will be set up at Hansons Lane, Brake Street, Angela Street, Yaldhurst Road, and Main South Road. Detours are shown on the following page.

Property access - You’ll still be able to access your property while work is underway. If you have access needs - such as medical appointments, essential deliveries, home support services, or scheduled work at your property - please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you. The businesses in the area will remain open as usual.

Noise and vibrations - Some noise and vibration is to be expected. We’ll minimise these impacts by scheduling the noisiest activities earlier in the evening.

Daytime traffic impacts (6:00am–7:30pm) - There will be minimal impact on daytime traffic. A reduced speed limit will be in place, and some traffic management equipment may be visible as we prepare for evening work.

Parking - On-street parking may be unavailable at times during construction.

Additional traffic management - Other traffic management setups may be introduced as we progress.

Pedestrian access - Impacts on pedestrian access will be minimal. Changes or detours will be signposted.
