1. That the Rubbish Free project in the Council’s regional metropolitan parks be supported. The parks are:

  • The Groynes
  • Bottle Lake Forest Park
  • Port Hills Reserves
  • Halswell Quarry Park
  • Seafield Park
  • Travis Wetland
  • Spencer Park
  • Styx Mill Conservation Reserve
  • Taylors Mistake.

2. That bins specifically designed for “doggy dos” be retained.

1. That the Rubbish-free Parks project continue in the parks detailed below:

  • The Groynes
  • Travis Wetland
  • Bottle Lake Forest Park
  • Spencer Park
  • Port Hills Reserves
  • Styx Mill Conservation Reserve
  • Halswell Quarry Park
  • Taylors Mistake
  • Seafield Park.

2. That the policy be reviewed in twelve months’ time.
