The Annual Plan for 2012/13 was adopted by the Council on the 26 June 2012.

The Council's Draft Annual Plan for 2012-13 and proposals for 10 Major Community Facilities was released for public consultation for four weeks, from 20 April 2012 to 21 May 2012. During this time the community was invited to open days and community drop-in sessions to find out more about what was in the draft plan so they could make a submission. The Council received more than 2,700 submissions over the consultation period of 20 April to 21 May.
