The 2013 Annual Report was adopted by the Council on 3 October 2013 and published on 29 October 2013, in compliance with s98(4) of the Local Government Act 2002.
The Christchurch City Council produces an Annual Report each year to account for the money provided to it by its ratepayers and by financial institutions and government agencies.
This report shows how Council is delivering on the promises made to our community – promises made after asking Christchurch residents what they want for their city as part of our long-term planning process. It also shows how Council continues to respond to the series of earthquakes that have damaged our city.
The report shows the Council’s overall financial position and performance as measured by its achievement against its financial key performance indicators.
