Community board meetings, housing policy, band rotunda repairs, and traffic management changes.

On Monday the Fendalton-Waimairi Community Board meets. Items on its agenda include proposed speed limit changes within the Fendalton-Waimairi ward area, the proposed relocation of a bus stop on Memorial Ave, and a variation to Riccarton Leagues Club’s lease over Crosbie Park.

The Riccarton-Wigram Community Board meets on Tuesday. It will consider two applications for funding from its Discretionary Response Fund.

The Shirley-Papanui Community Board meets on Wednesday.

The Council's Infrastructure, Transport and Environment Committee meets on Thursday. It will be considering proposed threshold enhancements to clearer define the 30km zone within the central city and traffic management changes along two of the major cycleway routes. It will also be considering future use options for the Mona Vale Gate House and Halswell Quarry buildings.

The Council's Communities, Housing and Economic Development Committee also meets on Thursday. Items on the Committee's agenda include the Council's proposed  housing policy and repair options for the Thomas Edmonds Band Rotunda.
