New opening hours at Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre

The opening hours for the Christchurch Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre, which includes the Ilex café and function room, are changing.

From Thursday, June 1, the Visitor Centre will open at 9am rather than at 8.30am.

During the winter months (June, July and August) the centre will close at 4pm.

During the rest of the year the centre will close its doors at 5pm.

The Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre will open from 9am to 4pm June, July and August and from 9am to 5pm the rest of the year.
