Join us on a gentle 30-minute walk and exercise programme. Meet new people and feel great.
2018 programme runs on Wednesdays at 1:15pm from 31 October to 12 December.
All walks leave from St James Park, St James Road (entrance opposite Dalriada Street).
Wear clothing suitable for the weather and comfortable walking shoes. Bring a drink bottle. Parents with strollers are welcome.
