Whether you are new or familiar with the exercise, please listen to your body and work at your own pace. Our instructors will be giving low impact options of exercises during the live stream.
We suggest that you seek medical advice before starting any of our workouts if you have any of the following conditions:
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Or any ongoing muscular or skeletal issues
If you feel any pain or discomfort during our classes, please stop what you’re doing, take a break and avoid movements that may impact your injuries.
