  • We require 5 working days notice to freeze your membership or alter/amend a scheduled Direct Debit
  • We reserve the right to alter your freeze date if less than 5 working days notice is given.

Please note:

  • You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 6 month
  • On your reactivation date, or after 6 months, your membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume
  • We reserve the right to alter your reactivation date if more than 6 months is chosen.

Terms and Conditions

  1. You may freeze your membership for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum period of 6 months
  2. You cannot freeze your membership retrospectively
  3. Council reserves the right to alter the freeze date if less than 5 days is chosen or reactivation date if more than 6 months is chosen
  4. You must give 5 days notice for any change to the specified reactivation date
  5. On your specified reactivation date, or after 6 months, your membership will be automatically reactivated and payments will resume
  6. Flexi members approve the Council amending the first Direct Debit payment after the freeze period for the balance of days between reactivation of membership and first payment date.
