Place your flexi or fixed payment membership on hold for a period of between two weeks and six months.

Terms and conditions

Notice of at least five working days is required for changes to direct debit payments. Fixed memberships are for a set duration of 12 months. Please note we can only freeze your membership from the day you request the freeze, we can't backdate requests.

Direct debit payments refer to flexi memberships. Your request will be actioned within ten working days. You will receive an email to confirm this. Contact us and ask to speak to the Rec and Sport debit administrator if you do not receive this confirmation.
