Place your flexi or fixed payment membership on hold twice over a twelve-month period for a minimum period of two weeks and a maximum period of three months.

Swimsmart members may only freeze their membership for medical reasons, for a maximum period of four weeks, and must provide a medical certificate with their request.

Reactivation date

  • You may freeze your membership for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three months.
  • On your reactivation date, or after three months, your membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume.
  • We reserve the right to alter your reactivation date if more than three months is chosen.

Swimsmart members:

  • For medical reasons, you may freeze your membership for up to four weeks.
  • On your reactivation date, your membership will automatically reactivate and payments will resume.
  • We reserve the right to alter your reactivation date if more than four weeks is chosen.
  • A medical certificate must be provided.

Terms and conditions

  • You must give five days notice for any change to the specified reactivation date.
  • On your specified reactivation date, or after three months, or four weeks for Swimsmart, your membership will be automatically reactivated and payments will resume.
  • Flexi members approve the Council amending the Direct Debit payment prior to the reactivation date for the balance of the days between the reactivation and the following payment date.
