Learn the principles of Pilates with the combined introduction/Level 1 classes.
Extend your training by progressing through the Level 2 and 3 classes.

These fees are applicable for all levels of Pilates and Yoga. Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term. Prices will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks.
