From Monday 25 March we're running 18 free mindfulness sessions to help our community relax and clear their minds. This is a class combining yoga, stretching and meditation. Everyone is welcome.

Community wellbeing session

This is a class where you can come and gather within your communities for mindfulness practice to help move into the future with love and kindness.

Bookings: No booking needed, check the session times below and show up to a class time that suits you. Open to all ages.
