Relax, restore, and improve strength and flexibility with yoga.
The Hatha and Restorative Yoga term two programmes start on Monday 24 April and run until Friday 30 June 2023 at Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre.
Bookings open on Monday 3 April and close on Sunday 7 May.
Members currently enrolled in the programme can re-book for the same class time and day from Monday 27 March.

Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and greater posture awareness. This class will teach you the foundations of Yoga.
All equipment is provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended, feel free to bring water with you. This class is done barefoot.
Achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, straps, yoga blocks), allowing your body to soften and the energy to flow.
This class has a slower pace than Hatha Yoga and is suitable for pregnant women up to their third trimester.
Yoga (members and non-members): $114.00.
These fees are applicable for all levels of Yoga.
Prices are based on one weekly lesson for a 10-week term and will be adjusted accordingly if a term consists of more or less than 10 weeks. The full term fee applies to all bookings.
We offer a 25% discount on course fees for Community Services Card, Cando (or high school ID/formal school identification), Hāpai Access(external link) and NZ SuperGold cardholders.
