Classes are designed to help older adults, and those with limited mobility, increase strength while gaining, and retaining, general fitness and the sense of wellbeing. Please inform the tutor of any medical conditions you have prior to the class.

Bookings are essential for group fitness and adult kautāhoe-swimming lessons. Secure your spot. No booking is required to use the hōpua-pool and fitness centre.
