We have three spin classes on offer:

Spin

For a fun and challenging ride, this spin class is ideal for those who want to test themselves on the bikes and gain a great cardiovascular and fat-burning workout in the process.

If you are new to Spin please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class so our instructor can show you how to set up your bike.

Virtual spin

How about trying out one of our virtual spin classes? Ride through a range of different sceneries displayed at the front of the room and receive visual and verbal cues as you ride to a great workout. 

Spin beginner

This four-week programme is aimed at those new to spin, who would like to step up and pedal hard. You’ll get a good workout while learning different aspects of spin training, including bike set-up, technique, use of resistance, riding positions and intensity. Find out more(external link).

Adult multi-visit pass - 10 sessions: $108.00

A 25% discount is available for Community Services and Super Gold cardholders for casual entry and multi-visit passes.
