If you are short on time this challenging cardio-based class is for you. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) principals and Tabata formats will be used involving high output followed by short recovery periods.
All our centres are open. Capacity restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the pools (please note: Pioneer’s main pool, wave pool, spa and sauna is closed for six months from Saturday 14 November), fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and whānau.

Tumbletimes, preschool gymnastics and the Southern Centre are all open and running as normal.
