Birthday parties

Celebrate your child's special day with a fun and active birthday party at Taiora QEII, Pioneer, Cowles Stadium, Graham Condon or Te Pou Toetoe: Linwood Pool.

Swimming, hydrosliding or Tumbletimes birthday parties can be booked along with room hire for your celebrations to take place.

Bring your own party food, drinks, decorations and cake or ask about catering options. Every birthday child will also receive a voucher for their next return visit.

Birthday party packages

Tumbletimes is a great way to let your preschoolers party and play. Utilising our gymnastics set up your little ones are free to explore the equipment under your supervision.

This package is available at Pioneer, Graham Condon or Cowles Stadium. The maximum number of participants for these sessions is 20.

Cowles $115
  • 1 hour use of Tumbletimes equipment
  • 1 hour in the recreation room for party celebrations
  • Free return visit voucher for the birthday child.
Graham Condon $95
  • 1 hour use of Tumbletimes equipment.
  • Free return visit voucher for the birthday child.

Optional extra 

  • $42 for a tutor (if available)

Health and safety

Please ensure there is sufficient adult supervision to manage children’s safety. We ask that you please take off shoes and socks while on the equipment and please refrain from having hot drinks in the stadiums.

Have a water baby who loves to swim? A birthday party at the pool is a great place for them to celebrate doing what they love. All packages are for a minimum of six participants and spectators are free.

  • Entry to the pools for up to six swimmers

Te Pou Toetoe: Linwood Pool $85
  • Entry to the pools for up to six swimmers
  • 90 minutes in the Weka community room
  • The kitchen is available to self-cater
  • Extra swimmer $3.30

  • Free return visit voucher for the birthday child

 No onsite café.

All birthday party packages can be booked by calling 03 941 6446 or emailing rsebookings@ccc.govt.nz.

Payment is due on arrival at the facility.  Once confirmed please note if you cancel within two weeks, or do not attend your booking, you will be charged for the full hire cost.
