Middle Spur Track

This fantastic scenic walk leads down to the swimming beaches at Tumbledown and Te Oka Bays.

Description

This is a 4WD track well signposted with red markers.

Head over open tussock grassland down to the gravel road between Te Oka Bay and Te Kaio/Tumbledown Bay.

Arrange a car to pick you up from the beach or make the return climb (approximately 2.5 hours) back up the hill to your car.
