The Coastal Cliff Walkway has exposed steep cliff edges in places. Track can be slippery especially when wet. Ensure children are well supervised.
Te Ara Pātaka-Summit Walkway from Gebbies Pass to the Packhorse Hut is closed for logging operations until Friday 30 April. Alternative access to the Packhorse hut is via Kaituna Valley.
Waimairi Walkway will be partially closed between the Groynes Reserve and Darroch Street until Sunday 9 May 2021. Access through this section will be closed to cyclists and pedestrians while construction of swale and drain shaping is underway.
Parts of the Godley Head track including the gun emplacements, toilets and car park are temporarily closed. A marked pole route after Boulder Bay links to the car park road where it will re-join the Godley Head Loop Track.
