- Removal of earthquake-damaged bridge.
- Construction of carpark.
- Removal of contaminated material.
- Upgrading of existing paths.
- General landscaping.
- Traffic and pedestrian management will be in place for the duration of works.
- The Contractor will be removing material with potential low background levels of Asbestos.

Qualified and experienced contamination contractors have been engaged to undertake this work.
There is no risk to the public as appropriate mitigation methods are in place on-site to ensure both contractors and public safety.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
