Styx River Pūharakekenui Northern Motorway Path Tour

A 20km bike ride along the Christchurch Northern Corridor shared path between St Albans and the Fanfare sculpture.

This ride follows the new off-road path that meanders through the landscape alongside the motorway.

We will stop at the interpretation sites along the way and learn about the historic significance of the place.

Dennis Hills from the Styx History Group and author of numerous books on the history of the Styx River and surrounds will relate some stories for us.

Email booking is required for this Biketober Christchurch event.
